"Back in 2007 Graham Pullen and his team was providing ambulance cover for the Southampton Vs Brighton College football game. Unfortunately, I was involved in a tackle that went horribly wrong. I walked off the field under my own esteem. What happened after is a true testament to the diligence and knowledge of the South Coast Medics. I was not left alone. I was told I had to go into the ambulance to be checked out. I then was taken to the hospital as I was not looking good. Not only did they fight with a very stupid 'me' but also with a nurse at the hospital who would not listen to the hands-on information that was trying to be delivered.
Basically, they fought to save my life. It later turned out that I had shattered my top two vertebrae. It took two years of surgeries and care before I was able to leave hospital care. I thank every doc, nurse and physio for my return to health. I do believe that with another crew at hand that day, the outcome would have been very different".

South Coast Medics Ambulance Service provided us with a fantastic display at our fun day providing demonstrations and have a go session of CPR to everyone who wished to get involved. They were very engaging with the public and always on hand to help, we have used them for a few years now and are happy to say that we will use them again in the future, their staff are always polite and well presented and very accommodating
